The Holocaust in Color Project

This project is intended to further humanize the victims of the holocaust by restoring and coloring images from these events.  These images will be distributed as widely as possible and will be exhibited in different venues, especially museums dedicated to remembering the Holocaust.  I also intend to work with these museums so that the images will be as accurate to history as possible.  

We need artists, specialists and donations.  If you are an artist and you care about this issue and would like to contribute to this project please find a relevant image and restore or colorize it and email it to michaelwestfried@gmail.com  Please send the original image as well as any relevant information about the image.  If  you can do more than one, please do.   If you find some sort of inaccuracy in any of the images below and are capable of fixing the image or improving the quality of image please do.   Send the finished image to michaelwestfried@gmail.com

If you see some sort of historically inaccuracy please email me at michaelwestfried@gmail.com and let me know how I can fix it.
